July 1, 2010 - "Mommy, do you think it would be silly if my eyeballs were in my ears?"
July 2010 - "I want to be like Rebeccany. She is beautiful. I don't want to be Piper because I am small. I want to be a grown up."
(while watching the reality tv show 'Bethenny is getting married', during Bethenny's actual wedding - Piper was in awhh of the pretty dress)
July 15, 2010 - "I am tired of being a brave girl"
(this was when she was in the hospital and was very scared)
July 17, 2010 - "I don't want to get ready to go, I have projects to do"
(this was when Gabby asked her to get ready to go out for dinner)
August 6, 2010 - "blooding" instead of bleeding when talking about her paper cut
August 16, 2010 - "Mommy you used to carry me when I was a baby like Avery. But I'm all growed up, it took an hour, now you can't carry me."
(I have been trying to explain that I can't continue to carry her all the time because I have back injuries. As we were walking up to our apartment today, holding hands, she told me about how it took an hour for her to be all 'growed' up!)
October 10, 2010 - "I can wear these on my first wedding like you did"
(This is what P said when I showed her my wedding rings. Then she told me I was her best friend for the week! And, did I mention we were whispering during the entire conversation so we didn't wake the monsters.)
January 12, 2011 - "I love ladybugs and butterflies"
(when praying, this is how she ended her prayer)
January 31, 2011 - "I want to get my hair cutted at a cutter place where you get yours cutted"
(Piper was really needing and wanting a hair cut)
January 31, 2011 - "my boogies are itching me Sunday, Monday, Wednesday...and will still be on Valentines Day, my birthday, and Easter so I need to get them out"
