Creepy Wasp Nest

Today, we took Piper on a photoshoot and to play with Papa at the park.  Piper and her Grandfather often have tea parties as part of their play so we wanted to capture it on film.  Here are a few pictures I took of them playing during tea time.  

There was an abandoned house we found to have the tea party.  It was a little creepy because the wasp nest was intact; however, the wasp looked like they were alive but were dead.  It appeared to us that someone had sprayed something on the wasps to kill them but we could not figure out how it worked because the insects looked very alive but did not move.  If the four of us wake up dead tomorrow morning, frozen in time, you'll know to track it down to the abandoned home across from the park off Hillcrest and Alpha. (Ha!)

Piper had fun looking at a grasshopper on the garage door of the abandoned house.  She was timid around the green insect but entertained for atleast 5 minutes.

And finally, a new game began today between Piper and her grandfather.  A stuffed puppy dog joined them their tea party today.  Papa wanted to call the puppy Larry and Piper wanted to call the puppy Lulu.  So, Papa asked the puppy if it's name was Lulu and made the puppy shake it's head "no", then asked if it's name was Larry and shook it's head "yes".  Piper giggled and complained then took matters into her own hands.  She grabbed the puppy and did the same scenerio but made the puppy shake it's head "yes" to the Lulu question! Ha Ha

We played hard, got some great photo's, and left exhausted.
