Piper has been besties with Clairebear since she was 2. Although everyone asks if the girls are sisters, they are not, but they do consider eachother family.

It's been a few months since the girls have seen eachother. No matter how much time passes between playdates, the girls pick up where they left off. Today, they saw Toy Story 3, went shopping at Justice, and bought I-Carly bears at Build-A-Bear.

They truly love one another and it shows in many ways. They immediately held hands after hugs were out of the way. I saw Clairebear wiping her hand off. Then the girls shared a conversation that made me laugh. Claire said, "Your hand is clammy like your Dad's" and Piper said, "Yes, I have sweaty, clammy hands". I had no idea the girls had discussed this before but it's true, Piper's Dad has sweaty, clammy hands. As the day went on, Clairebear was kind enough to hold Piper's sweaty hand so Piper wouldn't cry. And Piper found a cheaper outfit for her bear so Clairebear could buy one for her bear too. Piper looks up to Clairebear while Claire protects, teaches, and looks after Piper. They think alike and enjoy alot of the same things. For example, jewelry is one of their favorite things. Piper brought a ring for Clairebear to wear and Clairebear wore a ring that opened up with lipgloss in it. Claire thought it would be fun if they shared the lipgloss while they shopped!

I didn't know girls this young could be so attached to one another. I enjoy watching them giggle and be silly together.
